Functie omschrijving

Our department concerns Know Your Customer (KYC) and Fighting Economic Crime (FEC). Sanction Screening is used for the detection of transactions from individuals and organisations that could pose a sanction, terrorism financing or money laundering risk. Our teams are at the forefront of data driven signal detection and are dedicated to achieving excellence in providing a high quality reliable global service. The 70+ people in Global Sanction Detection Area facilitate complex Global FEC Services by providing applications and processes to fulfil Sanction regulations. Working together is the way we work; as 1 technical area at Rabobank. We value creativity, collaboration and attention to details! Your tasks: Organizing all scrum rituals & setting up a process that realizes optimal communication within the scrum team. Solving impediments quickly and independently. Coaching and supporting several self-organizing teams (coaching team members into a mature agile way of working, give constructive feedback so people are able to develop themselves and align with stakeholders like product owners, managers, service owners);

Functie eisen

A SM that is familiar with the scaled agile framework and has experience working in an international environment with distributed teams in multiple locations (possibly in a hybrid model).

Experience:

  • You have experience of the (theory of) the scaled agile framework
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a scrum master coaching and managing multiple SCRUM teams
  • You have at least 5 years of IT content background

Our client is a financial service provider for 7.1 million customers in 40 countries, you know already. Our Red Team works for all the locations of our client in all these countries.

Working conditions This job role is split between operational (run) and project (build) work (75%/25%). Some changes are planned outside business hours to minimize business impact. This job vacancy is for the location Utrecht (NL).
