HIGH PRIORITY OPENING Maintenance Technician (Piedmont SC)Contract to hire: Eligible to convert over to perm after 30 days if the right fit. Title: Maintenance Technician Level 3. Location: Piedmont SC not far from Anderson & Greenville. Compensation: $30-$35 per hour plus $1 shift differentialShift: (1 opening) on 2nd shift and (1 opening) available on 3rd shiftTuesday - Saturday2nd shift: 3:30pm – 12:30am3rd shift: 12:00am - 8:30amPosition Overview:As a Maintenance Technician Level 3, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to troubleshoot independently and possess expertise in electrical systems, schematics, mechanical/blueprints, pipe/valve technology, hydraulics/pneumatics, inventory control, and sensors.Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent; (Mechatronics graduates are strongly preferred)-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.-Strong ability to troubleshoot independently and solve complex problems.-Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.-In-depth knowledge of pipe and valve technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics.-Experience with inventory control systems and spare parts management.-Familiarity with sensors and other monitoring devices.-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Leadership & Project Management skills are desired.- PLC programming experience is a plus.A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is required. Happy birthday to my most favorite Isaac in the whole wide world. Y'all, this man is the king of all things payroll & special admin projects. He's a phenomenal office manager. However, my favorite thing about him is his huge heart. I think I first knew I loved him and could trust him when I heard him telling someone in the office that "He's for the underdog, he wants to see people overcome & thrive." I mean, no wonder he fits in with us so well! He checks on me all the time. I get the most pleasant and encouraging text and emails from him each morning. When I have to be out away from the office for more than a few days, he'll say, "I don't need anything, but I just miss you," and he means it. He is now carrying the title of being my emotional support person. Isaac, I knew from the day I met you (years ago) that I wanted to work with you. However, I didn't realize how much I needed to work with you. Thank you for going above and beyond at , for always encouraging me, for being patient and kind to all who enter the building, & for your exceptional customer service to our clients.
