🗳️ Register to vote by 18th June! 🗳️The parliamentary general election will take place in the UK on Thursday, 4th July 2024. 🗓️A parliamentary general election is where the entire United Kingdom votes to select their local Member of Parliament (MP). 🏛️Certain international students are eligible to vote in the general election. 🌍 Check if you are eligible here:[UKCISA - Voting Registration for International Students](https://lnkd.in/eBSqguwp) ✅Here's how to register:1. Eligibility Check: Make sure you are eligible to vote. 🕵️♂️2. Registration Process:- Visit the [UK Government's voter registration website](https://lnkd.in/dBR7ZwQ) 🌐- Follow the instructions to complete the registration form. 📝 You will need your National Insurance number and other personal details.- Submit the form before the deadline of 18th June 2024. ⏳3. Confirmation: After submitting your registration, you should receive a confirmation. 📧 If there are any issues, contact your local electoral registration office for assistance. 📞Make sure to register on time to ensure you can participate in selecting your local Member of Parliament. 🗳️

Today our Voice Reps had the fantastic opportunity to meet with the new Deputy Vice Chancellor, Professor Tim Jones.Thank you for joining us Tim and thank you to all our Reps who attended and engaged in interesting and throught provoking conversation.
